Welcome to Fireman Chimney Sweeps. By accessing booking or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or services.

1. Services & Scope

Services Offered. We provide chimney sweeping, inspection, repair, maintenance, and related services in Big Bear City and surrounding areas as described on our Site.

Quotes & Estimates. Any quote or estimate we provide is valid for a limited period (e.g. 30 days), unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise the cost if the conditions at the time of work differ substantially from those observed during the estimate.

Scheduling & Access. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and premises, and to disclose any known hazards (e.g. structural damage, animals, etc.). Delays or additional charges may result if access is difficult or conditions differ.

Limitations. We strive to deliver services in a safe, professional manner. However, not all issues can be foreseen. We are not liable for hidden defects not visible in inspection, or for damages arising from pre-existing structural issues.

2. Payment & Billing

Prices. Prices for services are as quoted or as per published rates (if shown). We may require a deposit before commencing work.

Payment Terms. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest or fees (e.g. a late charge, collection costs).

Cancellations & Rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or emergencies.

Refunds. If work is not performed or is canceled by us, you will be refunded any amounts paid in advance (less any costs we incurred). Once services are completed, refunds are generally not available.

3. Use of the Website

License. You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express permission.

User Content & Submissions. If you post any content (e.g. reviews, photos, comments), you grant us a royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, display, distribute, and adapt it. You represent and warrant that such content is original or that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Prohibited Uses. You may not use the Site:

• in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• to infringe intellectual property rights
• to post harmful, offensive, defamatory, or obscene content
• to transmit viruses or malicious code
• to interfere with or disrupt the services

Sections on liability, indemnification, and other terms that by their nature survive termination will remain in effect after termination.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Miscellaneous

• Waiver. A failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
